Meghan Gray (she/her) is a recent graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre and is thrilled to be back performing at the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand Theatre! Previous credits include Shrek (Fiona), Little Women (Marmee), Bright Star (Margo), Rock of Ages (Sherrie), and Jesus Christ Superstar (Annas). ADAM SECHELSKI as Reverend Shaw Moore

Adam Sechelski is excited to be back on the stage at the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand Theatre. Adam spends most of his time on a different stage as Director of Theatre at Hillgrove High School.  He holds a B.F.A., M.A., and an M.F.A. in Theatre and has been acting and teaching for over 20 years.  Adam was last seen at The Strand as Daddy Cane in Bright Star.  He would like to thank Sarah for her unwavering support and love.

RACHEL MILLER as Vi Moore

Rachel Miller is thrilled to be making her debut at the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand Theatre! She studied musical theater at AMDA in New York City and brings decades of theatrical experience  to the stage. Recent credits include Disaster! (Shirley) with Marietta Theatre Company and 9 to 5 (Roz) with Woodstock Arts.  A proud Marietta resident, when not on stage Rachel enjoys co-leading a girl scout troop and volunteering for justice initiatives such as “Friends of Refugees.” She sends all her love to her husband and daughter—and is especially excited to be celebrating 22 years of marriage on opening night of this show.  “Happy anniversary, my love… thanks for always being my leading man!”

Joseph Sherer  is so excited to make his debut with the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand Theatre! His recent credits include Madeleine’s Christmas (Horizon Theater Company), Cabaret (Flat Rock Playhouse), and The Music Man (Flat Rock Playhouse). VIVIAN WAYE as Rusty

Vivian Waye is a recent graduate of Ohio University, earning a BFA in Musical Theatre. She is thrilled to participate in her first show since moving to Georgia! Theatre credits include Ocean in Ride the Cyclone (Ohio University), Tina in Ruthless! (Chenango River Theatre) and Ariel in The Little Mermaid (Lewisville Theater). JEANNA TERRY as Ethel McCormack

Jeanna Terry is thrilled to make her debut at the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand Theatre. After 22 years as a proud and supportive “behind-the-scenes” mom, she’s delighted to have her turn on stage alongside such a talented cast and production team. In addition to various vocal performances over the years, some of her credits include Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Cue West Players),  All Together Now (Cue West Players), and Nutcracker Party Parent (Georgia Metropolitan Dance Theatre). Jeanna is deeply grateful for the love and encouragement of her family and friends, and she gives all glory to God for the gift of this opportunity and the joy it brings.

JOSH HUDSON as Chuck Cranston, u/s Ren McCormack

Josh Hudson (He/Him) is very excited to return to the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand Theatre’s stage for Footloose! His previous Atlanta theatre credits include Grease (The Strand), Forbidden Broadway (GET), Hairspray (Out Front Theatre), Bonnie and Clyde (MTC), Junie B. Jones (GET), and Fun Home (Actor’s Express). ANNA CATHERINE WOOLEY as Wendy Jo

Anna Catherine Wooley is thrilled to be returning to the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand Theatre for Footloose! She is a graduate of Kennesaw State University, where she earned her B.A. in Theatre Performance. Some of her recent credits include A Christmas Tradition, Sandy in Grease, Fastrada in Pippin, and Placard Girl in Reefer Madness. Anna extends heartfelt thanks to her directors, castmates, family, and friends for their constant support —and a special thank you to her fiancé, Tony, whose love and encouragement mean more than words can say. @annacwooley

JALYN BENTLEY as Urleen

Jalyn Bentley is excited to join the cast of Footloose! Recently seen as Levora Verona in Disaster!. at Marietta Theatre Company, as well as Home for the Holidays with Han-made Cabarets and The Mouse Gets It with Nocoloco Creative. She trained at Reinhardt University from 2018-2022 in their Musical Theatre program and now attends Kennesaw State University to further her education. When not on stage she enjoys attending Zumba and boxing classes!  She is ecstatic to be part of this immensely talented cast and creative team! 

LANCE MCDOUGALL as Ensemble/Swing

Lance McDougall is delighted to return to the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand Theatre, where he was last seen as Stacee Jaxx in Rock of Ages. A Wichita State BFA graduate, Lance is thankful that dancing is finally legal so he can bring this story to life! Recent credits include Brad Majors in The Rocky Horror Show (Onstage), Orin Scrivello, DDS in Little Shop of Horrors (Center Stage), and Roy Bacon in Honeymoon in Vegas (MTC). Lance is especially excited to share the stage again with his best friend Gina. Special thanks to his family, and his support system: Meredith, Alex, Feather, and Steve. It’s time to kick off the Sunday shoes!

JORDAN RENEE WARD as Ensemble/Swing

Jordan Renee Ward is so happy to be returning to the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand Theatre! You most recently saw her in The Strand’s A Christmas Tradition, 2025. She holds BAs both in Musical Theatre and Technical Theatre & Theatrical Design from Vanguard University of Southern California. She has over 15 years of musical and performance experience and nearly 10 years of experience working on the production side. Some recent notable credits include Marianne (Disaster!), Jo March (Little Women), and Regina (Rock of Ages). Huge thank you to this amazingly talented cast and team for all their hard work, as well as to her friends and family for their unending love and support!

MAYA SIMMONS as Ensemble/Dance Captain

Maya Simmons (she/her) is a dancer, choreographer, and writer currently based in Atlanta. She is so excited to be making her return to musical theatre with the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand Theatre! She earned her B.F.A. in Dance Performance & Choreography and a B.A. in English from Elon University. Since graduating, she has had the pleasure of choreographing musicals for Due West Center for the Arts. Her most recent professional credit is performing in Meaghan Novoa’s Fractal through Dance Canvas.

JUDE HILTON as Ensemble

Jude Hilton is an Atlanta-based performer and improviser! At Kennesaw State University, he performed as Mark (RENT, 2023) Harry (Company, 2022) and Mr. Bingley (Pride and Prejudice, 2024). Professional credits include Frog (u/s, A Year With Frog & Toad, Synchronicity) Frederick (Frederick, u/s, Synchronicity), and the Blue Dragon (Dragons Love Tacos, Georgia Ensemble Theater). HUGO BARBUTO as Ensemble

Hugo Barbuto is so excited to be joining the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand Theatre! He is a dancer who is trained in several dance genres, including modern, jazz, tap, and ballet. Some of his dance credits include Kennesaw State University’s Spring and Summer Company and the role of Eric in North Georgia School of Ballet’s The Little Mermaid. Previous theater credits include ensemble roles in productions like Once on this Island, Sister Act, and A Sage Christmas (Marietta’s Theatre in the Square). Currently, Hugo is pursuing a B.A. in Dance with a concentration in modern dance at Kennesaw State University. @hugo_barbuto

Gina DeLise is excited to be returning to the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand Theatre! She performed in the original cast of A Christmas Tradition over a decade ago! Gina was most recently Cathy in The Last Five Years (Bellissimo Theatre Company). Other credits include: u/s Cory/Honor in Darlin’ Cory (Alliance Theatre), Jolene in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (Marietta Theatre Company), and Shelley in Hairspray (Out Front Theatre Company). She’d like to thank her family, friends, and her dog for their love and support.

JOSEPH EVANS II as Ensemble

Joseph Evans II is an Atlanta-born performer who discovered his passion for musical theatre at Camp Broadway at the historic Fox Theatre. Since then, he has continued to nurture his love for the stage through various regional productions. His recent credits include Love is a Many Splintered Thing (Sean, Marietta Theatre Company), 9 to 5 (Ensemble, Carrollton Center for the Arts), and Company (David, MadArtists Entertainment). Joseph is absolutely thrilled to make his debut at the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand Theatre! He hopes this performance inspires you to live fully, love deeply, and dance every chance you get. HEATHER SCHUTZ, Director/Choreographer

Heather Schutz is thrilled to be working with the Earl and Rachel Smith  Strand Theatre for the first time with this incredible cast and production team. Heather has been a performing arts educator and choreographer in Atlanta for over 20 years, having choreographed over 90 productions in her career ranging from elementary school age to professional. Recent production credits include Shrek (Due West Center for the Arts), Hadestown: Teen Edition (Allatoona High School- 12 Shuler nominations including best overall production), 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and Head Over Heels (Marietta Theatre Company), and Rathskeller: A Musical Elixir (Dame Productions). She has 4 sons (ages 16-20), a husband who lives abroad (US Dept of State), and a Great Dane named Bert. Thank you for supporting the arts!

JORDAN IRVINE, Costume Design

Jordan is so excited to be working with the Earl and Rachel Strand Theatre again to bring her design to the stage! Costuming became a passion of hers in college where she received a degree for it along with acting. The fire recently reignited when she designed A Christmas Tradition at The Strand in 2024. Jordan then continued to follow her love for costuming by designing Ghost the Musical and Disaster! at Marietta Theatre Company (the latter landing her a Broadway World nomination). She wants to thank all the wonderful people that have trusted her with their productions and the friends and family who have supported her. The most important being her husband, Zander, who had encouraged her every step of the way!

MONTANA LUDLOW, Stage Manager

Montana Ludlow is grateful to be back with the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand for another fun musical summer! She has previously worked with Marietta Theatre Company, Georgia Ensemble Theatre, and Frat Pack Productions. Montana studied directing and acting in her home state of Arizona before moving to Atlanta, and is grateful for the opportunity to grow more as a stage manager with this production. Thank you to The Panel for their love and support, Mia for always making sure there’s extra food in the fridge, and a special thank you to her dog Ruby, for loving her unconditionally.

MATT SHEREN, Sound Design

Matt Sheren has worked in live events for over 22 years, touring the world with Grammy-winning artists and bringing productions to life on stages across the globe. Throughout his career, he has contributed to more than 25 musicals and continues to have a deep passion for live theater and entertainment. Matt is grateful to be part of this production as the lead sound engineer and to keep doing what he loves.

BEN PERKINS, Lighting Design

Ben Perkins is a lighting designer, technical director, and live event production specialist with more than a decade of experience in theatre, concerts, and community events. A self-taught designer since age 15, Ben previously served as Technical Director at the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand Theatre, supporting hundreds of events and helping strengthen the venue’s technical systems. His work is rooted in the belief that lighting is where structure, emotion, and story become visible. Ben is grateful to be part of this production at The Strand Theatre as the lighting designer.

JULIAN MARTIN, Technical Director

Julian B. Martin is the Technical Director of The Strand Theatre and a AVL live production professional based in Atlanta, Georgia with over 15 years of experience in AV technology, production, and entertainment. Throughout his career, he has worked globally with major networks, top artists, and professional productions across film, television, live events, and theater. For Footloose, Julian oversees sound and lighting design, set design, and technical stage production, combining creative vision with technical expertise to bring productions to life. Working across both the business and creative sides of the entertainment industry, he specializes in producing immersive live experiences and high-level technical productions.

LEAH BORESOW GROOVER, Assistant Choreographer

Leah is an Atlanta-based performer and choreographer. She has been dancing for over 28 years and absolutely loves creating stories from movement. Leah has a passion for the performing arts, and owns her own dance studio, Get Up And Dance Atlanta.

ALEX MATTHEWS, Lighting Operator

Alex Matthews is the lighting operator for Footloose and also serves as a theatre technician at The Strand. He began his career in the AV industry as the spotlight operator for Menopause The Musical, where he earned the nickname “SpotOpAlex.” With a growing passion for live production and theater technology, Alex continues to develop his skills in lighting and stage production.

HARRISON REECE DANIELL, Sound Technician

Harrison Reece Daniell is an Audio Technician based in Atlanta with experience in AV technology, live production, and entertainment support. He specializes in audio setup, sound reinforcement, mixing, and live event production, combining technical skill with a strong understanding of performance environments to help deliver high-quality productions and events. Harrison is grateful to be part of this production at The Strand as the stage and audio technician.

EDEN TURNBULL, Costume Assistant/Stagehand

Eden is a multi-disciplinary artist who excels both on and off of the stage with experience as a costumer, drag artist, makeup artist, hair stylist, set builder, prop maker, promoter, and event planner. JOHNNY GRAVLEY, Set Artist

Johnny has been involved with The Strand for 11 years. In addition to his incredible visual art skills, Johnny loves listening to sci-fi podcasts while he paints, playing piano in the lounge and singing with the GSO chorus. 

DEAN PITCHFORD, Author, Book and Lyrics

Born and raised in Hawaii and graduated from Yale University, Dean Pitchford performed off- and on-Broadway (GodspellPippin) before turning to songwriting, screenwriting and directing.

Dean was nominated for four Academy Awards (winning the 1981 Best Song Oscar for “Fame,” co-written w/ Michael Gore), three Golden Globes (winning for “Fame”), eight Grammys and two Tonys; his songs – recorded by such artists as Barbra Streisand, Whitney Houston, Cher, Peter Allen, LL Cool J, Kenny Loggins, Hugh Jackman, Dolly Parton, Bette Midler and Martina McBride – have sold over 70 million records.

The musical stage adaptation (with Walter Bobbie) of his original screenplay for Footloose ran for more than 700 performances on Broadway and is now seen all over the world. Dean also provided the lyrics for Carrie: The Musical, which was produced in 1988 by the Royal Shakespeare Company — first in England and then on Broadway — and was revived in 2012 by New York’s MCC Theater.

Dean’s middle-grade novels, The Big One-Oh and Captain Nobody, are published by Putnam/Penguin; his performances of their audiobook recordings (Listening Library/Random House) were both nominated for Grammys. His third novel, Nickel Bay Nick, was published to acclaim in 2013, and Dean voiced that audiobook for Audible.com.

Mr. Bobbie served for 12 years on the Board of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society. He is the recipient of Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle and Tony Awards.

TOM SNOW, Music 

Tom Snow has been making music, recording albums and writing hits for himself and other artists – on record, on radio, in the United States and all over the world – since the early 1980s.

He has twice been nominated for the Academy Award for Best Song from a Motion Picture: “Let’s Hear It for the Boy” from Footloose (1984) and “After All” from Chances Are (1990); and he has twice been nominated for the Grammy Award: Best Album of Original Score written for a Motion Picture – Footloose soundtrack; and Song of the Year – “Don’t Know Much.”

He has released four solo albums: Country (Clean Records, 1971), Taking It All in Stride (Capitol Records, 1975), Tom Snow (Capitol Records, 1976) and Hungry Nights (Arista Records, 1982).

Tom’s scoring work has appeared in films (Chances Are) and on television (GrandSteel MagnoliasTeech, etc.) He has added songs to numerous motion pictures including Honey, I Shrunk the Kids, Footloose, The Butcher’s Wife, Sing, Oliver and Company, About Last Night, All the Right Moves, Two of a KindLion King 2: Simba’s Pride, and Heart Like a Wheel.

Some of the artists who have recorded Tom’s material include The Pointer Sisters, Olivia Newton-John, Diana Ross, Ray Charles, Kenny Loggins, Barry Manilow, Cher, Linda Ronstadt, Bonnie Raitt, Tina Turner, Joe Cocker, Levon Helm, Gladys Knight, Anne Murray, Ringo Starr, George Benson, Sergio Mendes, Deniece Williams, Bette Midler and Dusty Springfield.

His hit songs have been repeatedly honored with BMI Citations of Achievement for their radio popularity, songs like “Love Sneaking Up On You” (Bonnie Raitt), “Don’t Know Much” (Linda Ronstadt and Aaron Neville), “If Ever You’re In My Arms Again” (Peabo Bryson), “He’s So Shy” (The Pointer Sisters), “Somewhere Down The Road” (Barry Manilow), “You Should Hear How She Talks About You” (Melissa Manchester) and “Deeper Than The Night” (Olivia Newton-John).

In 1986 Tom won the prestigious Robert J. Burton Award for BMI’s Most Performed Country Song of the Year – Dolly Parton’s “Don’t Call It Love.”

His latest projects embrace the worlds of pop music, motion pictures and the theatre (the stage adaptation of Footloose features nine new songs by Snow; he also contributed material for Amanda McBroom’s Heartbeats). Snow contributed a song to Joe Cocker’s 2002 release, No Ordinary World and songs on both of Christina Aguilera’s English and Spanish language albums.

Tom Snow attended the Berklee College of Music and was awarded the Distinguished Alumnus Award in 2000. He is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

 JIM STEINMAN, Music

Though Jim Steinman began in the theatre, he was best known as a songwriter/producer whose records sold more than 96 million copies.

The L.A. Times described him as the Richard Wagner of rock. At Amherst College he wrote and starred in the epic musical The Dream Engine. It caused a sensation, and N.Y. Shakespeare Festival’s Joe Papp bought the rights at intermission. His first professional musical was More Than You Deserve at the Public Theater. When a singer named Meat Loaf auditioned for him, Spin Magazine called the meeting “one of the top ten most important moments in the history of rock and roll.” Then came his first record, the legendary Bat Out of Hell, with Meat Loaf, the biggest debut ever and the third best-selling disc of all time, well over 30 million. Sixteen years later, in 1993, the sequel, Back Into Hell, topped the charts in 38 countries. Number One songs include “Total Eclipse Of The Heart” (twice, 1983 and 1995), along with “Paradise By The Dashboard Light,” “Making Love Out Of Nothing at All,” “Two Out Of Three Ain’t Bad,” “I’d Do Anything For Love But I Won’t Do That” (biggest rock single sales ever), “It’s All Coming Back To Me Now” (Celine Dion, 1996). He made one platinum album as a singer, Bad For Good. Film music: Footloose, Streets of Fire, The Shadow.

Steinman has written Neverland, a musical; lyrics for Whistle Down the Wind, composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber; and music for Dance of the Vampires, a rock opera for director Roman Polanski. Bat Out of Hell—The Musical made its world premiere in the U.K. in 2017 and is currently touring the globe.

KEVIN SANDERS, Music Director, Pianist

Kevin Sanders is a pianist, composer, and music director based in Metro Atlanta who has been playing professionally since the age of 18. His playing career has taken him all across the US and has most recently been heard leading several projects for the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand Theatre in Marietta, Ga. With a background that encompasses jazz, rock, and country music styles, Kevin continues to maintain a continuous schedule of performances in concerts, worship,theater productions, and corporate events.

CAMILLA SANDERS, Piano

Camilla serves as Executive Director of The Falany Performing Arts Center at Reinhardt University. 
Before life at The Falany, she worked for the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand Theatre as their Production Director. She has worked as a professional pianist and vocalist in many genres for over thirty years. Her favorite gig of all time is working with the SFB “Sanders Family Band” with her husband Kevin, son Jonah and daughter Sweetie Edie. She also loves playing with GPG’s Queen Tribute band where she will most definitely rock you. @camillasandersmusic

JONAH SANDERS, Percussion

Jonah is a sophomore at KSU studying aerospace engineering and serves as a technician at Northside United Methodist Church. He plays drums for KSU’s jazz combos and other groups around Atlanta as a freelance professional musician. His musical theatre credits include Beauty & The Beast, Sweeney Todd, Grease, Bright Star and A Christmas Tradition, one of the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand Theatre’s original productions. Jonah would like to give a shout out to or thank his parents and his musical educators for supporting him and helping him to get where he is now.

SEAN THROWER, Guitar

Sean Thrower is a versatile guitarist whose performance career spans musical theater productions, symphony stages, and collaborations with internationally recognized artists. He has performed in numerous Broadway musicals at Atlanta’s historic Fox Theatre and with the Atlanta Pops Orchestra at Atlanta Symphony Hall. Sean has also shared the stage with legendary entertainer Wayne Newton, Grammy Award–winning artist Angélique Kidjo, rap artists Rick Ross and T.I., David Phelps, Chloë Agnew, and drummer Keith Carlock of Steely Dan. Equally at home in classical, commercial, and contemporary settings, Sean’s adaptability has made him a sought-after performer across a wide range of musical genres.


In addition to his performing career, Sean is the author of three music books, including Traversing the Fretboard and The Segovia Scales. Sean holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in music performance from the University of Georgia, where he studied classical guitar under renowned pedagogue John Sutherland. He currently serves as an adjunct professor at Berry College, Reinhardt University, and Kennesaw State University.

SCOTT LOFRANCO, Guitar

With over 20 years of professional playing experience, Scott is a guitarist versed in rock, jazz, blues, funk, R&B, Americana, country, bluegrass, gospel, and contemporary worship music.

Since moving to Atlanta in 2007, he has built a solid reputation for his ability to cover a broad range of musical genres. In addition to the musicals at the Earl and Rachel Smith Strand Theatre, Scott has performed at the Aurora Theatre, the City Springs Theatre Company, OnStage Atlanta, and at various high schools around the metro-Atlanta area.

Originally from Roanoke, Virginia, Scott is a licensed attorney and has practiced law since 2005. In 2025, he graduated from Kennesaw State University with a bachelor’s degree in Jazz Guitar Performance, where he studied with Atlanta-based jazz guitarist and educator, Trey Wright.

BILL PRITCHARD, Bass

Bill has been an active freelance musician since he moved to Atlanta in 2001. He holds degrees in Music Management and Classical Performance in tuba and recently finished a jazz performance bass degree from Kennesaw State University. He plays bass for the live band, heavy metal karaoke, Metalsome. He also plays a number of shows at the Strand Theatre, plays with the jazz group The Troy Brown Collective and the Julian Laury Trio and plays bass with the prog metal band Sight of Theia.
