Marietta, Ga. (January 17, 2012) —The Earl Smith Strand Theatre will welcome Cobb’s own PARADOCS back to the stage this January.
The PARADOCS are medical personnel and Wellstar staff by day and rockers by night. They cover new and classic rock, southern rock, country, and blues. The audience is sure to enjoy favorites like Get Ready, A Hard Day’s Night, Knock On Wood, Start Me Up, Black Velvet, Pretty Woman, Boot Scootin’ Boogie, and more.
The high-energy, feel-good band raised over $20,000 for The Strand during renovation efforts by throwing two fundraising shows at Cowboys Nightclub in Kennesaw, drawing over 700 people to both benefit shows. This will be their 5th show to help raise funds for The Strand.
“Even though we got the theater built, it’s not all paid for, and to keep it alive, we need to keep supporting The Strand,” said band leader, Joseph Havlik, of PARADOCS’ upcoming Strand appearance.
The band’s roster includes Larry Clements, MD, Joseph Havlik, MD, David Dasinger, Sid Beasley, RPh, George Mitchell, RN, Donnie Adams, RN, Caroline Kulinski, Steve Wright, Alan Zuckerman, MD, Waldon Garriss, MD, and Brittany Ginn.
The show is Saturday, January 28th at 8 PM and tickets are just $10. Tickets on sale now.
